It was earlier reported that the Mahindra pickup trucks will be launched on December of 2010, but it looks like that won’t be happening either. The Associated Press reported that Anand Mahindra, Managing Director for the Indian automotive brand said they currently have “no date” for the U.S. launch. He declined to further comment on the matter, except for saying they are still interested in distributing their products in the United States.
U.S. distributor Global Vehicles USA filed a lawsuit against Mahindra for improperly terminating their distribution contract asking the court to prevent the distribution of Mahindra products because of this.
